At this time we only accept exchanges.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. CLASH Leotards is happy to offer free exchanges, but we kindly ask that you double-check your sizing and take measurements when needed to help us minimize shipping label costs. If you're unsure about your size, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange please reach out to clashleotards@gmail.com to begin your exchange.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your request to be reviewed. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre paid return shipping label. After the product is returned, the new one will be shipped to the same address. Please allow a maximum of 7 business days for your item to arrive. If it has been longer than 7 business days please contact clashleotards@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any sale items.
