How do I place an order?
You can shop online here on this website. Just add items to your cart and enter your details and payment at the checkout. Then we’ll ship your items to you.

How do I place a custom order?
Choose between our 3 custom levels here on this website. Just add items to your cart and enter your details and payment at the checkout. Make sure you input your email because this is how you will be contacted by the designer to create the exact Cleo you want.

What's my order status?
Each item description will explain production time. Some Cleos are ready to ship and some will take up to 2 weeks to make. Custom orders can take longer. 
Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email that says it’s on its way. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door.

How long does shipping take?
Anywhere in the USA takes around 2-7 days depending on the type of shipping you choose. International shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks depending on where it is being shipped.

What if I need an order sooner than the stated production time?
Please email us if you need your order sooner than the production time offers. If you need to change the shipping time on your order please email us and we will be able to arrange a faster shipping method. 

Can you help with sizing?
Absolutely! Our size chart is above every item description, but if you still need help please send an email to clashleotards@gmail.com 

Can I exchange my order?
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. At this time we only accept exchanges. See our "Refund Policy" for more details. All sale and custom items are final sale.

What is a "Cleo?"
"Cleo" is just our unique play on words for a CLASH Leotard. We just took the C in CLASH and leo in leotard and put them together to form our own name for our leotards. 

What if my Cleo doesn't fit?
We know fit can be tricky sometimes, especially when all companies have different size charts. Because of this we except exchanges! This does exclude sale and custom Cleos.

Do you double line your Cleos?
We do not double line our Cleos, with the exception of one. If you would like your Cleo lined please email us at clashleotards@gmail.com to request this feature before you place your order.

Will you restock an item?
If you don't see a Cleo on the website or it says out of stock the best way to know if we will restock that item is to shoot us an email.

Do you make team leotards?
YES! We have made team leotards for multiple gyms. There is no minimum requirement and you will work directly with the designer. Contact clashleotards@gmail.com for more information.
